Definition

The counter reading at which the next>/> maintenance task, for example, a maintenance order is due.

In the couter history, the field can also have the following meaning:
The system displays the counter reading at which the last maintenance task was due.

Supplementary Documentation - NZAEHC 0001

Use

In a performance-based maintenance plan, the planned counter reading is calculated automatically by the system on scheduling.

Example

Package due:            every 5,000 miles

Total counter
reading:                12,300 miles

Next planned
counter reading:        17,300 miles

Supplementary Documentation - NZAEHC 0002

Procedure

If you want to maintain the planned counter reading manually, enter a counter reading in this field.

Example

A pump's counter is reactivated in the preventive maintenance plan after unexpected repairs have been carried out.

The total counter reading is 82,150 liters. A maintenance task is due every 10,000 liters. As the pump has just been repaired outside the normal maintenance cycle, the next task is not to take place at 92,150 liters, but at 100,000 liters instead.

Package due:                every 10,000 L

Total counter reading:        82,150 L

Next theoretical
planned counter reading:    92,150 L

Counter reading
maintained manually:        100,000 L

Supplementary Documentation - NZAEHC 0003
