Definition

The owner code of the message types allows you to create message type versions that meet your specific requirements. For such individual message type versions, you can use all owner codes that do not start with the letter "S" (preferably "Y*" and "Z*").

All SAP-HCM system message types are denoted by the owner code "SY". The HL7 originals have the owner code "SH".

All other "S*" codes are reserved for the SAP System.
