Definition
The number of settlement attempts is set to '1' during the first settlement (program RFCCSSTT). If this attempt is not successful, the number is increased by 1 for each repeated settlement (program RFCCRSTT).
The counter can provide information on the stability of the link to the settlement data recipient or the quality of the data that has been sent.
