Use

This indicator specifies that no attendance fees should be charged for attendees of a given attendee type.

Dependencies

The settlement type you specify here free of charge has the following impact in booking transactions:

  • When you execute the functions Book/Payment info (with dialog box) the settlement type you enter here is proposed by default for the attendee.
  • When you execute the functions Book (without a dialog box), the values specified are automatically used for attendees of this type and cannot be changed.

Supplementary Documentation - NOCOX 0001

Use

The settlement type free of charge is handled as follows when a booking is canceled:

  • When you execute the function Cancel/Payment info (with dialog box), the option free of charge is proposed by default for billing and allocation if this settlement type is set for the cancellation reason. You may change the settlement type in the dialog box if required.
  • When you execute the function Cancel (without a dialog box), the settlement type free of charge is automatically taken for the cancellation reason. You cannot change this.
