This indicator specifies that this segment is a logical group segment.
A group segment is a segment that can comprise other segments.
A logical group segment does not have any concrete data in the message type, but is simply used as a theoretical construct in order to formally group together segments. Since the segment does not actually appear in the message, the segment ID can be left blank.
