Documentation
You enter a figure here to determine in which hierarchy level the condition type is to be offered for selection when new conditions are being inserted in the maintenance view for rental units, rental agreements, management contracts, offers (the relevant condition groups).
In the function 'insert new condition types', all conditions which are not yet used in hierarchy level 0 are displayed. And then on the following pages (Display+) of the popup, the condition types of level 1, level 2 etc. are displayed.
Use figure 9 for conditions which are not to be offered for selection. This makes sense in the following circumstances:
- Conditions which still appear in 'old' rental agreements, but are not to be used in new agreements.
- Condition type 'cash deposit' must be allowed for the rental agreement but may not be maintained in the condition screen (but via 'rental collateral').
- Rent reductions, if they are not to be maintained directly in the rental agreement, but are to be entered in the 'rent reductions' screen.
