Definition
Specifies whether a status is recorded for a context.
It is practical to record a status for contexts that are used to represent a process. The status specifies the current state of advancement of this process.
For instance, a process can be an accompanying treatment process in the preregistration function.
Example:
- You want to define a tab page entitled Clarification in the preregistration. A number of visit appointments are to be booked during the clarification phase. The completion of the clarification phase should be recorded by the text Completed on the tab page.
- To implement this, define a context with the short text Clarification. A status should be recorded for the Clarification context. Two values should be defined for this status: in process and completed.
Contexts that do not represent processes, but are simply used to structure selection lists, for example, do not require statuses.
