Definition

The number that is allocated by a land registry for a land register page.

The land register page number should be taken from the land register extract.

A land register page is created for each independent property in a land register district. Properties belonging to one owner can be combined under a single number. It is valid as a "land register" for the properties that are listed in it in accordance with the German Civil Code (§ 3 Para.1 GBO).

The land register page is divided as follows:

- Address,
- Real estate register,
- Department I (ownership structures),
- Department II (encumbrances and restrictions),
- Department III (encumbrances).
