Use
Message types are predefined for your area of the system. If there is more than one that you can select, you can display the possible message types using F4 help.
Examples
The message type indicates that the message is, for example, a printed form for internal use, or a form that is sent to the customer or vendor (e.g. order confirmation). Another message type is an internal e-mail that you send to another department.
