Use
If you want to inform a partner (for example, a customer or one of your internal sales people) about changes to output that was already issued, you enter the name of a program and a routine in the Form routine field.
The routine in the program checks which changes should result in a changed output being sent. For example, if you add an order item to a sales order for which the order confirmation was already sent, you will want to send the customer a changed output. If, however, changes to a sales order do not directly affect the customer (for example, changing the shipping point), then no changed output may be necessary.
Dependencies
The output type must allow corresponding output to be sent more than once. The relevant indicator on the same tab page must be set.
