Definition

If the language control flag is set, the system uses the language of the form receipient and not the user's logon language to determine the language version for the form.
The language version is determined for a work organizer (form) as follows:

• In relation to insurance provider: Insurance provider's language
• In relation to patient: Patient's language.
  (A form is assigned to a patient at form printout).

If a form is assigned neither to an insurance provider nor to a patient, or if a language is not defined in the insurance provider master or in the patient master, the system outputs the form in the alternative language. You define this language in the output control of the form.

Note that when language control is active, the form and the related Customizing texts must be active in the system in the appropriate language version.
