Definition
Reason for a modification to data by the user in the IS-H System. This can concern all transactions of a case. The last/most recent change reason is saved.
This field is currently only relevant for CCPS/NPMI data transfer in Singapore. For CCPS it can be modified by the report program RNUCHREA. For NPMI, it can be entered with the risk factors.
