Reason for user changing the data in the IS-H System. The default is specified here, in other words the value which should be transmitted if a more precise specification is not made directly for the case.
This field is currently only relevant for CCPS data exchange in Singapore. It is normally set with regard to a case by the program RNUCHREA.
