Definition

A data collection point must be determined as the recipient of data for the various EDI procedures.
The data collection point can be determined differently depending on the EDI procedure.

Example:
For §301 (Germany): data colllection point depending on the insurance company. There are many different data collection points.
For NPMI (Singapore): same data collection point is used for all patients. There is only one data collection point for all.
For CCPS (Singapore): the same data collection point is used for all cases, but there is a special logic which determines whether cases are relevant for CCPS communication.
