Definition
This field contains the logical file name as also specified in the UNB segment or in the order file (without path specification).
§301 regulation:
The original file name and the IS-H file name are identical for outbound files.
Inconsistent names can occur in inbound files if the health insurance companies do not adhere to the standard naming convention.
(Standard: KRH0 followed by a three-character sequential number formed from the last three characters of the five-character LF301M field, the file number specific to the data collection point).
§302 regulation:
The name 'SLkkkkkkSmm' is composed as follows:
Position 1-2 constant 'SL' for 'Sonstige Leistungserbringer';
Position 3-8 contains the positions 3-8 of the sender identifier;
Position 9 fix 'S' for Selbstabrechner (or 'A' for Abrechnungsstelle);
Position 10-11 billing month coded on two digits.
