Definition
This field is interpreted according to the time category as follows:
If the category = time, then this field specifies a time that is before the time being currently edited.
For checking this, the times entered are sorted by the sequence number of the times, and then a check runs to determine whether the time entered is chronologically after the time entered for the time parametrized here.
This check is executed when the time report is saved.
If the category = duration, then the field shows the duration starting time.
