The "Program Type" typifies the external application entered in the column "Program ID". The type specifies the call procedure.
The following fixed values are stored:
(D)COM Outprocess Server based on the Microsoft (Distributed)COM Model,
URL Unified Resource Locator (see HTTP),
EXE external executable program,
SPACE for any other type.
For example, with the type "COM", a COM-server (Pass thru Service) registered in MSWindows is called via Load Study Server.
