Flag for Generating Study Instance EID
If this flag is set, the system will generate a study instance EID and enter it in the study document. The study instance EID is the globally unique identification of a study.
With the BAdI: Creating a DICOM Object Code you can implement a customer-specific algorithm for generating the study instance EID.
