Definition

Indicator showing if the document has versions:

  • ' ' No version exists
  • '.' It is not currently known if versions exist. Because of the selection criteria, not all versions can be determined from the first read access; for performance reasons the missing data will only be read if they are needed. Pressing the hotspot causes all the data to be read, and the 'correct' indicator to be set.
  • '+' Versions exist that are not currently displayed in the document list; activating the hotspot expands the list, and the versions are displayed.
  • '-' Versions exist that are currently displayed in the document list; activating the hotspot collapses the list again.
