Definition

The table field REFDOK uniquely identifies the Referencing document, to which the references of a Referencing integration of external data or of a link are to be assigned. This is composed of the key components Document number(DOKNR), Document version(DOKVR) and Part document(DOKTL), all contained in the document master record NDOC.

REFDOK is maintained by the document management when a document is created and is transferred by the interfaces of the External data modules through the interface parameter DOK_ID. Link modules must independently compose the field from the appropriate key components of the document master record. Via the structures N2REFHDR0 and N2REFHDRXT, REFDOK is a component of each Reference table in which references to linked external data or linked objects are stored by the external data modules or link modules.
