Definition

This indicator controls the behavior when saving the nursing report if the editor area contained text the last time the report was saved, but this text has been deleted from the editor in the meantime.

Use

If this indicator is not set, the system will query whether the text which was previously entered and saved, should be deleted. This behavior is the basic setting.

If this indicator is set, the system will remove text, which was deleted in the editor, from the database when saving the document, without query.
