Definition
In this field you specify a use for the document category in the document profile. The assignment will be interpreted and applied by overview displays such as Surgery Monitor. This assignment will also be interpreted in the patient organizer when surgeries are displayed. The patient organizer will display all document categories which have "Sg" in the assignment type columns 1-3. Document categories which have any other entry will not be displayed in the patient organizer.
Surgery Module (Profile ID 1 and 2)
The assignment type describes the chronological assignment in the surgical OR documentation or the assignment to the 'branches' in the surgery monitor.
The following can be used in a profile of the surgery monitor:
D Diagnoses
R Risk factors
AF Request
PC Preoperative check
PCD Preoperative check, diagnostics
PCR Preoperative check, risk assessment
PCI Preoperative check, intensive-care bed
I Intraoperative
IM Intraoperative measure
IA Intraoperative requests
OP Surg. documentation
AN Anesth. documentation
PP Postoperative procedure
PPM Postoperative procedure measures
PPD Postoperative procedure documents
In assignment option 2 or 3, you can specify further surgery monitor branches where the document category will also be offered.
Documentation in intensive care medicine (only in Austria)(profile ID 3)
The following assignments can be used in the document profile for intensive care medicine:
T One document per day
B One document per movement or stay in a care unit
The assignment options 2 and 3 are not interpreted for intensive care medicine.
Perinatal Monitor (Profile-ID 4)
In the document profile of the perinatal monitor, the assignments
M Additional document for the mother
K Additional document for the child
can be used.
In the assignment options 2, another branch can be specified in the perinatal monitor.
