The structure characteristic specifies if a diagnosis is selectable in the sense of a medical diagnosis.
It is used for control purposes where a diagnosis is used via the grouping function only for navigation in the diagnosis catalog.
The structure characteristic has the following meanings:
'X' The diagnosis is used for structuring the diagnosis catalog
and for navigation within the diagnosis catalog; it is not
intended for coding, and therefore it is not available for
selection.
' ' The diagnosis is suitable for coding, and is selectable.
