Definition
The desktop component is already installed on the PC. You should not try to re-install the component. In a later process, the system will attempt to execute the program. In this case, if an error occurs, a cancellation message will appear with a note informing the user to contact the administrator.
Setting the flag is only necessary if the work stations (for example) are cloned from a master installation or if other installation processes are implemented.
