If you select the Without Appointment option in the Surgery/Treatment group, the preregistration list for surgery/treatment will display preregistrations involving services for which no surgery/treatment appointment has been scheduled.
In the preregistration list for admission appointments, the Without Appointment option in the Surgery/Treatment group is irrelevant.
