Definition
This field contains the organizational unit in which the patient is preregistered for surgery.
If this preregistration is for an admission, not for surgery or treatment, this field contains the department where the patient is preregistered for admission.
Note on clinical order and preregistration: The preregistration is a kind of clinical order. SAP Patient Management (IS-H) only uses Preregistration, whereas ISHMED also uses other kinds of clinical order. Therefore explanations for IS-H always concern the preregistration.
