Definition
This field includes the diagnosis text for a preregistration. The diagnosis entered does not have a case reference, making it only visible with preregistrations for which it has been entered. It is intended for determining the treatment context in the preregistration list and the appointment planning of ISHMED.
When the patient is admitted, no automatic transfer to the case-related diagnoses will take place.
