Physician who refers the patient to the hospital for inpatient or outpatient treatment. Depending on the case type and the information entered, the field contains:

• The referring physician (inpatient treament) when the case type is inpatient.
• The referring physician (outpatient treament) when the case type is outpatient.
• The referring hosptital. The hospital is only displayed if a referring physician is not entered.
