Definition

You can use the marking or selection of one or more visit statuses to define which type of visits will appear in a specific view.

Meaning of the Status (Only ISH):

• Plan: Outpatient scheduled admission of a patient with the case number
• Appointment: Appointment reservation of a patient, possibly where no case number exists
• Actual: Patient is in the outpatient clinic.

Meaning of the Status (ISHMED):

• Notified: Patient has a visit within the movement chain, but has not yet been transferred.
• Waiting: Patient has been transferred to this outpatient clinic.
• Called: Patient present was called by the "Call" function.
• In Treatment: Patient is currently located in an outpatient clinic in treatment.
• Completed: Patient has left the outpatient clinic.

If you do not select a single status in the visit status list, then the system will not display either a visit or an appointment in the view of the outpatient clinic work station.
