Definition
The relative waiting time of the patient is calculated when you execute the "Defer Patient" function.
The system will write the time of the deferral.
The relative waiting time is calculated as follows: The calculated waiting time in days and/or in hours and minutes is reduced by the sum of the call time multiplied with the number of calls (Call Patient).
The call time is entered on the Management Data tab page in the Waiting List Control group box when the organizational unit is entered or changed.
This field is only filled for visits.
