Definition
Every single medical object that can be displayed in the Patient Organizer has a relevant time that enables it to be written correctly to the electronic medical history.
For
Documents: the document time
Services: the time of the service
Movements: the time of the movement
Diagnoses: the diagnosis time
Requests: no relevant time, only the date on which the request is created is specified!
Surgeries: the statistic-relevant time of the surgery
Procedures: the time of the procedure
Medical Records: the creation time of the medical record
Outpatient notes: the time of the outpatient note's reference object (e.g. time of movement)
The entries within a given folder of an aspect are sorted in descending order by date and time.
