Every single medical object that can be displayed in the Patient Organizer has a date that enables it to be written correctly into the electronic medical history.
For
Requests, this is the date on which the request was created
Documents, this is the document date
Services, this is the date of the service
Movements, this is the movement date
Diagnoses, this is the diagnosis date
Surgeries, this is the statistic-relevant time of the surgery
Procedures, this is the procedure date
Clinical Orders, this is the date the clinical order was entered
Medical Records, this is the date the medical record was entered
Outpatient Notes, this is the date of the outpatient note's reference object (e.g. date of the movement)
Entries within a given folder of an aspect are sorted in descending order by date.
