Definition

Data for entry of requests can be drawn from preregistrations. In this case, you can transfer the following data:

  • short anamnesis
  • diagnosis
  • services
  • a possibly planned appointment

from the preregistration into the request.

The transfer of the short anamnesis can be activated/de-activated with the indicator "Transfer short anamnesis from the preregistration".

If the indicator is set, this means that:

  • if only one request is created for a patient, the user receives the short anamnesis entered in the pre-registration as a proposal in the request screen, or
  • if the user creates many requests in one work step, the system will not offer the short anamnesis of the preregistration as a possible entry, but the short anamnesis will be inserted automatically into each request that was drawn and entered from the preregistration.
    Reason: If the short anamnesis would be offered as a proposal, the system would be placed in each request created when saving the requests.

A short anamnesis entered in a request always overrides the short anamnesis of a preregistration that may have already been created.
