Documentation
Definition
The 'Documents' column specifies the collective 'document status' of a patient:
- No documents exist for the patient
- Documents exist for the patient
- Documents exist for the patient, which have a special indicator set. The system will display the indicator with the highest priority.
So that it does not include documents from past cases, the system will search
- for documents which were created for the same case as the preregistration (patient is already admitted) and
- for documents which were created with a patient reference but no case reference.
