This means that if the indicator is set, at least one document already exists for this service.

Initial Screen for the Worklist:

Services without Existing Document

If you select this field, then all services will be displayed that do not have documents assigned.

Medical Unit List:

Indicator "Documents Exist" (D)

If this field is selected, this means that documents exist for the case of the patient.
