Definition

Data for entry of requests can be drawn from pre-registrations. In this case, the following data:

  • Short anamnesis
  • Diagnosis
  • Services
  • A possibly planned appointment

can be transferred from the pre-registration into the request.

The transfer of the diagnosis can be activated/de-activated with the indicator "Transfer diagnosis from the pre-registration".

If the indicator is set, this means that:

  • If only one request is created for a patient, the user receives the diagnosis entered in the pre-registration as a proposal in the request screen.
  • If the user creates many requests in one work step, the system will not offer the diagnosis of the pre-registration as a possible entry, but the diagnosis will be inserted automatically into each request that was drawn and entered from the pre-registration.
    Reason: If the diagnosis would be offered as a proposal, it would be placed in each request created when saving the requests.

A diagnosis entered in a request always overrides the diagnosis of a pre-registration that may be already created.
