Definition
You use this indicator to control that the events calculated from the cycle definition, should be calculated for the entire period of validity of this cycle definition with a fixed interval. This means that if you set the checkbox the "From Time" and "To Time" fields will not be ready for input.
The start time for the events then results from the conditions defined in the relevant application (e.g. in the Medication module, this is preset using the start time of the medication order).

Example
The "Fixed Interval" indicator is set. The hourly interval "Every 5 Hours" is also defined.
The start time on the first day of the order is defined as 16:00. This results in the following times for the order:
1st day: 16:00, 21:00;
2nd day: 02:00, 07:00, 12:00, 17:00, 22:00;
3rd day: 03:00, 08:00, 13:00, 18:00, 23:00;
etc.
