You can enter all business partners in this field, who are also defined as employees of the hospital.
In the admission transaction for outpatients, you can directly assign patients to an attending physician. You can use the selection parameter, "Attending Physician" of the view type for outpatient clinic / service facility to create a list with all patients assigned to a physician.
