Definition

A period in minutes is entered in this field, which specifies how far a patient who did not arrive is moved down the waiting list when inserted again.

Prioritization of the patients to be treated is carried out according to their waiting time. The longer this waiting time, the higher the prioritization of the respective patient will be.

A repeated insertion means that the set-back waiting time of the patient is reduced by the period entered in this field, which also has an effect on the prioritization. In effect, it becomes shorter.
