Definition
This field displays diagnosis text in the care unit work station. The user-defined text for the diagnosis is always displayed. If no user-defined text exists for this diagnosis, then the catalog text for a diagnosis will be displayed.
The selection of the diagnosis takes place with the following logic:
Mainly only treatment diagnoses are included. Limiting takes place for the diagnoses to be displayed on the departmental transfer of the patient. Among the diagnoses of the department, the diagnoses are sorted by priority. The priority depends on the diagnosis indicator and can be defined in the system parameters (institution-dependent, time-dependent). (Parameter N1AFDIA, N1BHDIA, N1ENDIA, N1EWDIA, N1KHDIA, N1OPDIA). The diagnosis with the highest priority is displayed last.
