Description

The system specifies the number of records with a value in the SOBKZ field <> the standard value and stock = 0. Standard is: 'E' for sales order stocks (MSSA), 'O' for stocks provided to vendor (MSSQ) and 'Q' for project stocks (MSSQ). In the following text, 'x' stands for the SOBKZ relevant for each table.
Records wit SOBKZ <> 'x' are not included in the key figures for 'records per material', 'records per material and plant' and 'age profile'.

Using the key figure for analysis purposes

In the standard system, all records have value 'x' for the SOBKZ field If modifications mean that there are records with SOBKZ <> 'x', you need to check their origin. The system only includes records with SOBKZ = 'x' in the availability check and deletion run.

Structure and use of detailed displays

In the detailed display, records with SOBKZ <> 'x' are displayed according to the values in field SOBKZ.
Double-click on a line to display which plants contain records with this SOBKZ.

How to optimize performance

Records with SOBKX <> 'x' are excluded from the availability check. However, they still affect system performance indirectly if they increase the size of the MSSA table considerably.
Nevertheless, you need to analyse why records with SOBKZ <> 'x' have been written to the table. Include the relevant department in your check.
