Description

The number of records is entered, for which the value of the fields SOBKZ <> is the standard value and the stock = 0. The standard is: 'E' for sales order stocks (MSSA), 'O' for subcontractor stocks (MSSQ) and 'Q' for project stocks (MSSQ). We always use 'x' here, instead of SOBKZ which belongs to the table.
Records with SOBKZ <> 'x' are not taken into account in the key figure 'age profile'.

Use of the key figure for analysis purposes

In the standard system all records for the field SOBKZ have the value 'X'. If, due to modifications, records with SOBKZ <> 'x' exist, you should check their origin. Only records with SOBKZ = 'x' are taken into account in the availability check and deletion run.

Structure and use of detail displays

In the detail display, records with SOBKZ <> 'x' are broken down according to values for the field SOBKZ.
By double-clicking on a line, you can see which plants have records for SOBKZ.

Notes for optimization

In the availability check, records with SOBKZ <> 'x' are excluded. They indirectly affect performance however, if they lead to a considerable increase in the size of table MSSA.
You can also check whether records with SOBKZ <> 'x' are included in the table. Make sure that the relevant department is included in the check.
