Definition

• If you select this field, the billing block reason in mass simulation only results in a warning.
• If you do not select the field, billing for a contract with this block reason terminates in mass simulation with an error message.

Dependencies

You can override these rules using the Business Add-In ISU_BI_BLOCK_BILLING.

Example

• You use billing block reason 01 for contracts that are not to be billed at present because the customer is involved in a dunning procedure. However, you can simulate the contracts without errors. You select this field for this billing block reason. If you execute a mass simulation for unbilled revenue reporting, the system processes contracts with this block reason and the corresponding consumptions and revenues are copied to the statistics.
• You use billing block reason 02 for contracts with incorrect meter reading results. You do not select this field. These contracts are not processed in mass simulation. This prevents incorrect consumptions and revenues being copied from the errored meter reading results into the statistics.
