Definition

Rules which determine how values are transferred from a sample account to the master record of a G/L account.

Use

An entry in this field is only necessary if you want to work with sample accounts when creating G/L accounts.

Example

You have allocated the sample account BANKS to account 113100 in the chart of accounts. In the sample account BANKS, several field contents have been maintained.

Certain rules determine which field contents are copied into G/L account 113100 and, if necessary, which fields should no longer be able to be changed. An individual rule variant can be allocated to each individual company code.
