- If more than one code has been entered, the surgical procedures for which the Main Code checkbox was flagged are output first, followed by all other codes not characterized as main codes. These are separated from the main code(s) by a slash (/).
- If no surgical procedures codes have been entered for a case, the system outputs the information "w/o Surgical Procedure Code".
