Definition

Base value that the system uses to calculate the condition of Subsequent Settlement at the time of final settlement.

Use

The value must be entered at the time of business volume comparison of the period conditions, because the condition basis of the periods relates to a different type of business volume. It is used as the default value for the business volume comparison for final settlement, and, if necessary, settlement accounting, if no business volume comparison is carried out for final settlement.

The following can be entered as the condition basis:

  • a quantity
  • a weight
  • a volume
  • a number of points

The system multiplies the condition basis by the amount to determine the total amout of the condition.

In the case of percentage conditions, the amount of the condition is determined from the cumulative business volume that is stored in the system in the arrangement currency.

Example

If the condition basis is 100 bottles, and the amount $10 per bottle, the total amount for the condition is $1000.
