Figure used by the system as the calculation basis at the time of settlement accounting with regard to the condition in Subsequent Settlement that determines the refund payable.

Use

The condition basis can be

• a quantity,
• a weight,
• a physical volume, or
• a number of points.

The system multiplies the condition basis by the amount in order to determine the total amount for the condition.

In the case of percentage conditions, the condition amount is determined from the cumulative vendor business volume recorded in the system in the currency of the rebate arrangement.

Example

Assume the condition basis is 100 bottles and the amount is 10 dollars per bottle. The resulting total amount for the condition is 1000 dollars.
