Documentation
Definition
When attendance is booked for a business event in Training and Event Management (PE), attendance records are written to the Time Management component (PT) for the complete period of the event.
If an attendance record is later deleted in PT, you can use this switch to control whether the event booking is canceled in PE or not.
You enter here the minimum percentage attendance required for the booking to be valid. Attendance below the percentage specified means that the booking is canceled.
Example
An event lasts 2 hours a day for 5 days (total duration 10 hours).
The attendance record for the first day is canceled in PT due to illness. The minimum percentage switch is set at 70%.
The booking is not deleted since the attendee can attend 80% of the event. If the attendance record for the second day of the event is also deleted in PT, the booking will be canceled in PE.
Note
If you enter a value in this field, you override the settings made in Customizing under Integration -> Time Management -> Specify Attendance Types for this event type.
