Dependencies

If the shelf life expiration date check is active, you must enter the shelf life expiration date or the date of production of the batch upon entering the goods receipt.

Upon a goods receipt, the system checks whether the remaining shelf life entered in the purchase order or in the material master record is sufficient. If not, a warning message or an error message is issued, depending on the configuration of your system.
