Use

Planning the consumption in a primary cost element, for statistical and information purposes.

Procedure

If you want to plan consumption, as well as costs, on the cost elements, you must define the field in the appropriate planning layout.

If you do not do this, you cannot enter the planned consumption, or change it. Consumption figures already planned are displayed.

Once defined in the planning layout, consumption can only be entered in primary cost planning if you activate the indicator "Manage quantity" in the primary cost element, and specify a unit of measure.
